Tree Buying Guide
Firstly, and most importantly, please measure where you are going to put your tree before you order. Sounds obvious but it’s worth getting a tape measure out just to check!
Next, consider tree width. At Paul Haley Christmas Trees we offer you the option of selecting the width of your tree - Slim / Normal / Wide. Normal is your standard width tree, but if space is an issue you may want to go for slim, likewise if you’re got a bigger space to fill, pick a fuller ‘wide’ tree.
Then think about your Christmas Tree base:
Unlike most retailers all Paul Haley Christmas Trees come set in a free natural wooden block stand (we think the best wooden blocks come from the Larch. Which is why all our blocks are larch wood).
Alternatively we sell unique sustainable 100% recycled plastic water bases to help prolong the life of your tree. Priced at £12 Paul says “Trees can be placed in these in a similar way to putting flowers in a vase. Keep topping up the water stand, exactly like you would a bunch of flowers”.
Finally, don’t forget the size of your car! While all our trees come netted, if you simply can’t fit the tree you want in the back or on the roof we can take the stress away and deliver if for you with a festive smile for a £12 charge (see deliveries page).
